A multi-media spatial installation tracing the survival experiences of migrant workers and the floating population through five interrelated components，uncovering the unofficial evidence of marginalized existence within the cracks of the urban landscape.

Through the layering and materialization of traces, the work summons the obscured laboring body and the historical weight it silently carries — not by reconstructing a specific narrative, but by presenting a non canonical memory trajectory of development, erasure, and redevelopment, guiding viewers to contemplate the textures of marginal survival within the urban landscape.

A towering, pyre-like haystack wrapped in charred fabric bears the marks of silent combustion. The blackened surface suggests not a fire extinguished, but one repressed—suspended in its moment before eruption. It gestures toward bodily exhaustion under labor, and the unacknowledged losses of those sacrificed in structural violence. It stands like a monument—not to the remembered, but to the forgotten—preserving a spectral imprint of suppressed lives

A curtain made from a rubbing of a decaying brick wall sways gently in the wind, overlapping with a projected image of the same texture. In the shifting layers of semi-transparency, the boundary between history and spatial presence becomes indistinct. The visible and invisible imprints of the wall resemble an "architectural ghost," echoing the experience of migratory subjects whose presence in the city is discontinuous and precarious. A matrix of square lightboxes is mounted on the wall, each displaying photogram-like silhouettes of rural
domestic items. Through darkroom inversion, these
images turn a spectral blue. Lit from within, they emit a dim, flickering presence—ghostly shadows of the
displaced, or echoes of a spatial memory that lingers. This visual archive enacts what Lefebvre calls ，“abstract space”: a battleground where standardized，urban logic encounters the resistance of heterogeneity.
